Order & Payment

1. How do I place an order at AtelierDress.com? Choose your desired dress(es) and size, add them to your shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout process. You can pay with the various options we offer.

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including iDEAL, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment partners.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately at contact@atelierdress.com if you wish to change or cancel your order. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once processing has begun.


Products & Sizes

4. How do I choose the right size? You will find a size chart with each product. We recommend that you measure your sizes and compare them to the chart to find the perfect fit. If you have any doubts, you can always contact our customer service.

5. Are the colours of the dresses on the website exactly the same as in reality? We do our utmost to display the colours of our dresses as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen settings, colours may differ slightly in reality.

6. How do I maintain my AtelierDress dress? Specific care instructions can be found on the label of each garment. In general, we advise you to follow the washing instructions carefully to ensure the quality and longevity of your dress.


Shipping & Delivery

7. How long does it take to receive my order? After a processing time of 1 to 3 business days , the estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 4 to 9 business days . You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

8. What are the shipping costs? We always offer free shipping, regardless of the size of your order or any ongoing promotions. No shipping costs will be charged during the checkout process.

9. Can I track my order? Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your package online.

10. Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands? Currently our standard delivery times focus on the Netherlands. For possible deliveries outside the Netherlands, you can contact our customer service for the possibilities and costs.


Returns & Refunds

11. Can I return a dress if I am not satisfied? Yes, we offer a 30 day guarantee . You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. The item must be unused, unwashed and with the original tags.

12. Are returns free? Yes, returns within the Netherlands are free . You will receive a pre-paid shipping label from us.

13. How long does it take to get my money back after a return? After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days . Please allow additional processing time from your bank.

14. Can I exchange a dress for a different size or color? No, we do not offer direct exchanges . If you would like a different item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

15. What should I do if my dress arrives damaged or defective? Please contact us immediately at contact@atelierdress.com with details and if possible photos of the defect. We will be happy to assist you.
